Rose Senior Living - Clinton Township seeks a full-time Director of Sales and Marketing to join its team. Rose Senior Living - Clinton Township is developed and owned by Edward Rose & Sons, known for creating amenity-rich communities where people can appreciate comfortable and affordable living in beautiful settings. Partnering with Edward Rose & Sons is Life Care Services, an LCS Company that has been managing senior living communities all over the nation for over 45 years, and is known for meeting the specific needs of their residents'. The Clinton Township location consists of 176 units: 74 independent living rental apartment homes, 64 assisted living rental apartment homes and 38 residences for seniors requiring memory care services.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for managing the community relations and marketing functions from inquiry to move-in, developing and implementing networking and other community and/or public relations activities that are appropriate for the clients and community.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements marketing plan that supports and meets budgeted occupancy goals.
  • Develops and manages data, to include potential customer status lists, community contact lists and tracks all referrals in accordance with Market Minder standards.
  • Provides tours and explanation of services to potential clients, families and referrals.
  • Manages local social media efforts and effectively uses technology to include website maintenance, customer relationship management software and desktop publishing.
  • Planning, managing, and executing all on-site marketing events including events for professional referral sources, prospects, and the public at-large.
  • Participates in committees as assigned.
  • Assures marketing materials are updated and available.
  • Participates in manager on duty rotation as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

This position requires a person who has a bachelor's degree and previous work experience in organizational leadership, hospitality, health care or related field. All employees must possess the ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills; work well, both individually and as part of a team, through respect, collaboration and dedication; and successfully interact with a diverse culture base. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently, and demonstrate a positive attitude, high integrity and ethical awareness.
