Intrado's Life & Safety division is responsible for some critical parts of our everyday life. Intrado also provides notifications to the utilities, healthcare, and educational sectors. Our platform provides multi-modal communications that meet an individual's contact preference and routes over 4 billion notifications each year. Intrado is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst in our Digital Workflow Notifications division on our Life & Safety team.

Essential Duties:

  • Report and analyze data related to sales performance, commissions and other key sales indicators while ensuring adherence to established corporate and departmental policies and procedures
  • Work with management to determine the requirements for reporting (e.g., timeframes, upcoming sales, sales trends, historic performance, etc.)
  • Develop reports utilizing database reporting tools, working to standardize input and output fields across different databases or data sources
  • Interpret database models and data relationships for end users to define requested reports
  • Define and drive processes for maintaining data quality metrics
  • Validate existing sales processes and procedures to ensure integrity and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for increased profitability or efficiency within the business, recommending improvements to management
  • Review sales data to ensure that commissions being paid are accurate based on sales figures
  • As needed perform strategic data analysis and research to support business needs by identifying trends and data patterns to utilize for departmental and operational improvements
  • Monitor budget regularly to track expenditures and report on short and long term trends
  • Proactively oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of problems related to area of responsibility
  • Provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects ensuring follow through from beginning to end of project management life cycle
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, finance, or MIS required.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements


Experience:
  • 3+ years increasingly responsible operations analysis, business intelligence development or sales experience at the regional manager level experience required
  • 2+ years' experience with database reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Business Objects) required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
