This role is remote eligible. We are open to hiring in all states except California.

About the Role:

REPAY is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Leads Analyst who develops and drives our leads process in Salesforce.com. You will work directly with leaders in Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to improve our management of leads and to provide insights into the results of our leads.

The mission of this team is to:

  • Evaluate leads from the continuum that spans creation through to conversion of won opportunities and refine our process for capturing information and enabling Salespeople to act upon them.
  • Provide recommendations and make improvements in the leads flow process for Prospects who REPAY might be able to sell to, to have a timely and positive experience from their "first touch" with REPAY.
  • Integrate leads with our engagement tools (Outreach.io and soon to be Salesforce Engagement platform) and instruct sales on a seamless and efficient process for reaching out to their leads.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage leads end-to-end within REPAY
  • Develop and optimize REPAY's lead flow processes
  • Deduplicate and append incoming leads for additional information
  • Determine correlations to the Prospect and route the lead to Salesperson
  • Continually assess the progress of REPAY's leads from receipt to conversion and provide actionable insights
  • Provide reporting sliced by various attributes
  • Collaborate with those within Sales Operations as well as within neighboring departments on various tools, policies, and system developments.

You may be the right fit if you have:
  • 3+ years using Salesforce CRM in leads capacity
  • 3+ years of experience in administration of application systems that integrate into Salesforce
  • 3+ years working within HubSpot marketing automation or similar tool
  • Managed cross-functional projects from design through implementation
  • Experience optimizing platforms to expand user adoption
  • Ability to communicate and cross-collaborate
  • 1+ year of experience using Outreach.io engagement tool
  • 1+ year using partner portals (Salesforce "Communities", Impartner, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
