Proposal Coordinator

A proposal coordinator oversees the development of sales proposals in response to RFX opportunities, which may include ensuring that documents are secure and in keeping with company standards, facilitating the proposal review process, and guiding production of the final draft. The coordinator will also maintain the repository of information used and created by the response teams.

Administrative Needs

The following areas are where the proposal manager needs administrative support.

• Maintaining the Teams / SharePoint site with past responses, frequently used attachments, reference material, and other documents, as they are developed
• Formatting and loading previous responses into internal Search application-RF-Eye
• Tagging responses with helpful metadata (proposed products, implementation partner, etc.)
• Helping with formatting and editing response documents in high volume times

Skills Required

The following skills are required:

• Strong editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of Word formatting, especially familiarity with MS Word Styles and how they are used
• Comfort with Excel though does not need knowledge of the accounting features
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence a plus
• Ability to work with all NA Sales account teams
