RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Sales Recruiter in Charlotte, NC.Summary:The candidate will provide support of full life cycle recruitment efforts including interfacing with hiring managers to determine staffing needs; identifying and reviewing resumes and qualifying candidates; presenting resumes; generating offer letters and following up on them.Duties:

• Sourcing and Recruitment of diverse and skilled candidates for Sales including Account Executive, Strategic Account Manager, and or Sales Engineers
• Performs requisite role in full life cycle recruitment
• Works directly with staffing management & internal hiring managers to provide diversity, volume and depth Strategic Role and Decision Making

Research new sourcing methodologies for assigned positions Critical Communications:

• Periodic outreach for planning recruitment strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruiting or Media Sales environment
• Experience with social media websites
