As Sales Representative I, you will be responsible for providing accurate and direct communication of customer order information, provide superior customer service.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based in Shreveport, LA*.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Provide excellent Customer Service both internal and external.
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Being the face of Frymaster.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma
• Customer Service relations
• Microsoft Office skills

Skills & Abilities:

• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity for effective interactions with all level of staff and management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime if necessary.
• Normal office environment; must be able to sit for long periods of time.

*Frymaster in Shreveport, Louisiana is an industry leader in the manufacturing of commercial fryer, fryer filtration equipment (built-in and portable), foodservice equipment computers, water-bath rethermalizers and pasta cookers. The facility in Shreveport is a division of Welbilt, Inc.
