The Sales Support Representative collaborates closely with the sales, operations, and accounting teams to efficiently process orders, monitor their progress, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales and purchase orders promptly and accurately.
• Liaise with the sales department and operations team to coordinate order fulfillment.
• Manage invoicing for orders, working closely with accounts receivable.
• Conduct audits on received purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with the sales and operations teams.
• Procure parts as needed.
• Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery, working closely with the operations team.
• Interface with customers to process orders, address issues, and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address inventory discrepancies

Additional Info:

• Pay: $45- 50K annually
• Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday with a 1-hour lunch
• Location: 100% in office to start. 1 day a week remote after 6 months in the role!
• Type: Direct Hire
• Background check and drug screening required.
