Working collaboratively across the organization, the Sales Support Specialist supports our sales team as it relates to finding solutions for our customers. This individual will enhance the overall customer experience for internal and external customers by; providing relevant insights and identifying solutions to increase sales growth. This is an opportunity to a play a leading role in one of the fastest growing markets in the healthcare diagnostics industry.

Job Description:

  • Supports the North America Point of Care organization by driving and tracking KPIs including sales rep performance, funnel volume and quality, and sales results.
  • Provides insights on customer needs and operational approaches to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Engages key internal partners to address process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
  • Interacts with the supply chain management (SCM) team planners to ensure adequate product supply.
  • Manage product inventory at the ADC ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Create and communicate multiple reports such as drop-ship, open orders, detailed funnel, install base reports.
  • Interfaces with NAM Healthineers operations colleagues to position POC requirements and inputs into various projects.
  • Guides the customer sales support process related to VIP Visits, reference sites product demonstrations or presentations, and field sales support.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years' experience in sales operations, sales support, customer experience & inventory management.
  • Commands superior knowledge of the medical device market and the healthcare environmental changes.
  • Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managing complex data driven marketing projects.
  • Possesses a highly analytical mind with excellent MS Excel Skills.
  • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and conflict resolution skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to travel 10% or more as required.
  • SAP Knowledge and Experience strongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $82,000- $113,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
