RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Salesforce Consultant in Minneapolis, MN.Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients in order to elicit business requirements & document business processes
• Configure Salesforce applications in Sales Cloud & Pardot
• Work with Sr Consultants to ensure successful implementation & deployment
• Utilize understanding of sales & marketing processes to present solutions to clients for approval
• Support a variety of client projects, acting as point of contact for client questions and concerns, ensure client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Understanding of SDLC & experience supporting Salesforce projects in an enterprise environment or as a consultant
• Experience utilizing declarative automation processes (formula fields, workflows, process builders, etc.) to create complex business processes in Salesforce
• Experience configuring Pardot, included but not limited to email campaign creation, landing page creation, customer journey building
• Preferred: Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Pardot Consultant
