We are actively hiring for Salvage Specialists in CA, CO, NV, OK and NJ! Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals.

We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.

Essential responsibilities

• Completes written, oral and electronic external communication.

• Maintains logs, records, inventories, calendars and databases to handle assigned inventories.

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles low to moderate complexity vehicle titling issues and low complexity property (i.e., homeowners, vehicle) salvage claims.

• Performs quality control and compliance reviews and implements findings for assigned work.

• Teams up with the supervisor to resolve the most complex issues (i.e., sale and title issues, including multi-state titles).

• Receives guidance on complicated regulatory changes and communicates procedural impact affecting internal and external partners and customers.

What would make us excited about you

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

• Capacity to perform work independently in a remote and/or in-person environment.

• 1 year of clerical, office or support experience required.

• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has an hourly pay rate range of $17.58 - $20.68 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5 % of eligible pay.
