**Federal client requires US Citizen or Green Card-Perm Resident**

Baer is looking for SAP TM Solution Lead for a 12+ month Remote project.

Title: SAP TM Solution Lead
Location: Remote with 10% Travel to St Louis, MO
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)
Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on SAP TM processes and integrations with other SAP modules. Facilitate TM workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead and manage a small team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality TM solutions. Oversee the team's deliverables and provide mentorship.
• Lead the design and implementation of the SAP TM work-stream. Ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide SAP TM solutions. Articulate and present different points of view on SAP TM and its associated technologies and integrations.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the transport management work-stream. Design to-be business processes based on the SAP TM standard template and best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP TM. Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Oversee all TM requirements delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance to businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP TM system. Assist in the design and implementation of business processes.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years in logistics applications and at least 5 years of SAP TM implementation experience.
• Involvement in at least two full cycle implementations of SAP TM. Experience with S/4HANA TM embedded projects is preferred.
• Full responsibility for SAP TM business process design and implementation.
• Good understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes.
• Deep knowledge in supply chain management processes, including:
  • Transportation processes for shippers and freight forwarders (LSP)
  • Integration of SAP documents (SO/PO/Deliveries)
  • Transportation planning and optimization
  • Collaborative processes
  • Transportation charge management
  • Execution and monitoring processes
  • Charge settlement and payment processes (SAP S/4)
  • Integration between TM and EWM (required), TM and GTS, and TM and dangerous goods.

• Understanding of the shipper and LSP business processes in the supply chain preferred.
• Experience with the integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules such as EWM, GTS, and handling of dangerous goods preferred.
