Seeking CSR/Schedulers; heavy on outbound calls
B2B outbound calls about 60 and emails about 60 outbound calls daily
AS 400
Proficient with Outlook
Proficient with Excel
Needs to be comfortable working on computers
Responding to emails, excellent communication skills, ability to compose emails with good grammar and punctuation/spelling
Schedulers call companies to schedule their safety tests and inspections
Provide assessments for Outlook 2013 and Excel
Ideal candidate - will have stability
