The Security Engineer is responsible for responding, monitoring, and investigating security incidents. This includes developing and maintain security processes and implementation of security products.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, maintains, and supports processes to support the IT Security Framework such as incident management and risk management.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, prioritize risk of vulnerabilities and track remediation performed internally and externally.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents. Provide incident reports as part of the incident process.
• Research, test and implement new security solutions to address future and current threats.
• Identifies and investigates actual or potential information security violations. Performs follow up investigations with written reports.
• Provide support to operational, development and deployment teams and investigate potential security violations.
• Provide dashboards and metrics that includes incident reporting and risk management reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security from four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (5) years of experience in IT Security
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Cloud Technologies
• Experience in vulnerability management and penetration testing
• Experience in managing SIEM solutions and analyze log streams
• Experience in endpoint security solutions
• Experience in Security incident management and reporting
• CISSP Certification is preferred

For positions that are permitted or required to work remotely, employees may conduct work only within the United States and only in states where the Company is already conducting business, unless for brief periods, consistent with Company policy.

For employees in Colorado only, the anticipated range is $76,725 to $109,725. Actual starting base salary will depend on geographical location, skills, and relevant experience.

The Company also may provide benefits with this position including but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSUs) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); Dependent Savings Accounts; 401(k) plan with employer matching; employee stock purchase plan; and potential for bonuses. The above wage range is the Company's current good faith expectation for this position. The actual amount paid and/or offered may be less or more than this range and will be based on factors including geographic location, education, training, or experience related to the work, seniority, merit, quantity and or quality of the work.
