Sr. Analyst - Onsite Technical Support

We will count on you to:
  • Perform activation and support of mobile devices and tablets (iOS and Android)
  • Perform installations/builds, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktop technology hardware and software
  • Determine appropriate hardware and software based on corporate policy and end user requirements
  • Respond to incidents within SLA or within a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency, and follows up with customers on all issues
  • Disconnect, move and reconnect desktop technology hardware for single user, multi-user and office moves
  • May assist in administration and maintenance of technology infrastructure components
  • Uses corporate incident management system to record and track all support work
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software records for corporate assets
  • Gain additional knowledge and stay abreast of current technologies through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals, and regular interaction with other team
  • May assist with the procurement of hardware and software
  • Support team's abilities and functions through positive customer relations

What you need to have:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1 year of Tier II desktop support or relevant experience
  • Experience providing Technical Troubleshooting to end-users
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to assist colleagues in person as well as remotely
  • Knowledge of company desktop operating systems and software
  • Knowledge of standard computer hardware
  • Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize one's own activities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MSCDT, MCP, MCSE, etc.)
  • Prior experience with Okta Verify and/or ServiceNow

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,100 to $114,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
