Holman Enterprises has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our growing Payroll team!

Job Description

  • Provide support to the team of administrators and analysts in the processing of payroll in Workday.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for day-to-day system maintenance.
  • Assist with building and maintaining Workday Payroll & Time Tracking configuration.
  • Troubleshoot processing issues related to payroll and timekeeping.
  • Identify efficiencies to implement within our process, and research system upgrades to deploy.
  • Actively lead department tasks (periodic audits, tax notice resolution, off-cycle payrolls, GL posting).
  • Obtain and display general knowledge of the varying pay structures within the organization.
  • Work with our 3rd party providers to correct any tax issues that may arise.
  • Complete off-cycle bonus and non-traditional payment runs.
  • Demonstrate a comfortable ability to act as a back-up for our admins/analysts with processing, if needed.
  • Compile organized reports to satisfy ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our business partners and employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup, formulas, etc).
  • General understanding of accounting/GL.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task to develop and produce accurate results on a timely basis.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • 2+ years of Workday or other HRIS/Payroll systems.
  • Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Report Writing experience (system configuration/maintenance).
