RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking candidates for a Senior level Business Analyst/Product Owner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification (CBAP or equivalent) is a plus
• 7+ years of experience focused on business analysis
• Great verbal communication skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Recent Business Analysis experience
• Promotes accepted business analysis practices and organizational standards
• Skilled in backlog management using Aha!, Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc.
• Strong understanding and ability to communicate agile principles
• Has led story mapping exercises to define high level requirements
• Has participated in and understands the purpose of Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Has performed in the role of Scrum Product Owner and partnered with a Scrum Master
• Ability to adapt to less-than-perfect 'AgileFall' teams while gently influencing them towards the agile framework
• Product Owner certification is good, but actual PO experience is better
• Succinctly communicate ideas to leadership and other senior stakeholders
• Ability to negotiate with experienced stakeholders with strong opinions
• Diplomatically navigate differing opinions
• Ability to lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions
• Strong process modeling skills
• Fluent use of Visio, LucidChart or similar
• Ability to produce complex process flows
• Knowledge of the Vacation Ownership industry is desirable
