RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a Senior Cisco Engineer with SQL experience.Responsibilities:- Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications
- Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software
- Configure, review and oversee documentation of call flows and interdepartmental documents and communications
- Gather project requirements and configure to continually improve our member experience
- Act as a voice application subject matter expert for the internal team and business partners
- Join support calls with partner and providing sufficient details as needed to resolve issues
- Assist in developing application roadmap and strategy
- Application report gathering and analysis
- Train and mentor team members on application and technical skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in a related area of study preferred
- 5-10 years of experience
- Cisco CVP and ICM experience required
- SQL experience (required) excellent skills writing SQL queries and working with large databases (BigQuery); SQL is used to pull IVR metrics and specific call stats
- Technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Visio)
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Call center experience preferred
- IVR and call flow experience preferred
- Business analysis experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
