What You Will Be Doing Preparing accurate estimates for various industrial projects over a 2-5 week timeline. Building relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, creating bid lists, attending pre-bid site visits, developing RFIs, etc. You will also maintain relationships with the clients during the actual projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Need for this Position - 7+ years of estimating experience
- 4 year degree in Construction or similar field
- Ability to read, understand, and organize construction plans and specs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
