SENIOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATE - RECRUITMENT MARKETING

We seek an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Marketing Senior Associate with a demonstrated track record in recruitment marketing to join our team in our global headquarters in Evanston, IL. The role involves developing, driving and executing a recruitment marketing strategy across our social media channels and corporate website, and ATS, as well as third-party platforms, including job boards and forums. This role is designed for a self-starter with deep experience in recruitment marketing, paid media, and social media. We are seeking a candidate with experience in recruitment marketing best practices, familiarity with conversion marketing, digital marketing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiting and HR stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing social media strategy, including content and creative asset development
• Contribute to and support the execution of an effective global social media communications strategy, highlighting our people, open roles, life at the firm and career advancement on ZS's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram channels
• Develop and create recruitment marketing materials for campaigns and events, including email templates, social assets, newsletters and web copy
• Identify opportunities for content creation to improve the candidate journey across ZS social and digital channels
• Partner with creative team to develop social and digital creative assets
• Manage employee advocacy and social amplification platform; support recruiter adoption of social media to support firm and hiring initiatives
• Execute paid social media campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn and Glassdoor; execute recruitment campaigns on job boards including Glassdoor, Indeed, Naukri
• Develop and create content for career site
• Manage recruitment marketing contributions to LinkedIn, identify opportunities on employer brand platforms and forums, including LinkedIn and Glassdoor
• Track and report on recruitment marketing KPIs

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field; master's degree (MA/MBA) preferred
• 5+ years relevant work experience in the scope of this role
• Strong work experience creating social and digital channel-appropriate content
• Strong communication skills and storytelling capabilities; keen ability to identify and convey key organizational messages through compelling content
• Experience working with a global team to create social media plans and recruitment strategies a plus
• Experience with Glassdoor, Indeed, and other digital recruitment marketing platforms; experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS
• Strong social content creation, copywriting and editing skills; experience writing in AP Style and the use of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, social analytics, HR analytics
• Experience developing, executing and reporting on social, paid media, PPC campaigns, including job boards; experience utilizing behavioral data, insights and campaign performance data to inform strategic plans
• Ability to work autonomously to learn new systems and maintain knowledge of trends
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
• Curious, results-driven mindset; demonstrated capacity to test, learn, and think beyond the status-quo
