Responsibilities

The Senior Data and Reporting Professional manages a portfolio of requests, supporting user needs and stakeholder priorities as related to the delivery of Analytics. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of business processes and ROI to support stakeholder prioritization, as well as solution proposals, UAT, and communication to support end user needs

  • This Senior Data and Reporting Professional role proposes and assesses requests for analytics from Finance and Client Analytics. Works with the business to document request requirements, senior stakeholders on priorities, and the technical implementation team for dashboards and reports based on end user needs. Ensures a timely, quality deliverable. Influences department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance including Billing, Pricing, Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting
  • Microsoft SQL skills including ability to create moderately complex queries in Microsoft SQL (2017 or later)
  • Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, CFSA
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with tools such as Qlik Sense for creating data visualizations
  • Experience in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment
