We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to join our rapidly growing company and Cloud Operations team in support of a 50 person engineering team.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps activities.

*Key Responsibilities*

● Create, deploy and maintain infrastructure within our AWS accounts, using IAC/Terraform, and utilizing various AWS services, including EC2, EKS, RDS, RedShift, S3, and IAM.
● Create, implement and maintain automated application releases using Bitbucket Pipelines.
● Create, implement and maintain application and infrastructure performance monitoring using Datadog or Prometheus/Loki/Grafana
● Perform infrastructure quality assurance efforts
● Implement and support procedures around technical security related
activities such as vulnerability scanning, user access, analysis of security
monitoring outputs, and coordination of remediation activities.
● Advise management of problems or conflicts; escalate critical matters.

*About You*

● 5+ years experience in cloud computing and configuration management (ansible, terraform) or related field.
● Expert in Linux system administration and security
● Expert with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes.
● Proficient with code versioning tools (Git, BitBucket).
● Proficient with CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, BitBucket Pipelines)
● Proficient in a scripting language such as bash and Python.
● Experience with cloud native tooling (Helm Charts, ArgoCD, HashiCorp Vault,
Harbor, Reloader, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
● Experience with cloud native analytics tools (ElasticSearch, MongoDB,
RedShift/SnowFlake, Looker)
● Excellent oral and written communications skills.
● AWS certification (any) is a big plus.
● Ideally, we prefer a 4-year college degree (technical or quantitative science) or
equivalent work experience with evidence of proficiency and achievement in virtual infrastructure management.

*$118,080 - $162,360*
