About the opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to help us scale-up our data analytics cloud software. With over 300,000 users in our global community, our cloud technology enables everyone to make data informed decisions every day.

Our suite of cloud software automates every step of analytics, from data prep and blending through to discovery, visualization and predictive analytics. We're scaling Globally and need your help.

Some of the tech you'll get to play with includes:

• Python
  
• Kubernetes / Docker / Linux
  
• Ansible and Terraform for 'Infrastructure as Code' (IaC)
  
• CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Gitlab and ArgoCD
  
• AWS, Azure and GCP for cloud hosting
  

About You:

• 7+ years of experience in the stack mentioned above, or a similar stack
  
• Solid understanding of both good software engineering practices and cloud concepts
  
• Experience administering Linux systems as well as AWS, Azure and/or GCP
  
• Experience with Kubernetes and building Helm charts
  
• Strong communication skills and are comfortable talking to customers to support sales engineers; explaining platform infrastructure, deployment model and security policies
  
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues across cloud platforms
  
• Passionate about building great software and want to have more ownership and impact in your role. You know when to obsess over details and when it's time to ship. You're someone who is positive, adaptable and eager to keep learning.
  

Compensation

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in New York City is $129,500 - $220,200.

In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
