Senior Fee Control Clerk - Parking Services 

 Description

 

Full-Time Regular Non-Exempt, Parking and Transit Services Office

 

 

A Service operation that provides parking in support of academic, athletic, special events, and public service programs on the campus of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

The general purpose of the Senior Fee Control clerk is to manage parking areas by issuing permits, verify and revise of on-line computer records for citation violations issued by the  the university, posting and reconciling of on-line account payments.

Qualifications

Qualifications:  Valid Driver license Required

 

Education:  A high school diploma. Computer skills and training. Some professional or technical training.

Experience: General clerical & customer service skills. Money handling experience. Training in conflict resolution

Job Skills: Basic computer operations for Windows. Basic keyboarding. Knowledge of Credit card validation machine.
