Position Summary

Provide technical support, installation and troubleshooting of computers, printers, routers & switches, wireless devices and other plant related equipment.

Requirements

• Identify and resolve potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience
• Provide on-call, after hours and vacation coverage of Field Tech support
• Ensure corporate standards are met and being followed
• Record software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts
• Maintain and keep current the information in the company's computer asset database

Minimum Education and Experience

• AssociatesDegree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Extensive Windows desktop administration experience. 5+ year
• Experience administering Windows Server OS. 2+ years
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory GPOs. 2+ years
• Experience with the installation of network equipment to include switches, routers and access points. 2+ years
• Extensive experience providing direct end user support for 150+ employees. 5+ years
• Extensive experience remotely diagnosing and resolving issues with enterprise systems and software. 5+ years
• Extensive experience implementing enterprise standards by accurately following documented procedures. 5+ years
• Experienced in the creation of end user job aids or the documenting of system architecture. 2+ years
• Experienced in the management of company assets to include the tracking and return of equipment. 2+ years
