RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Seattle, WA that is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their audit team.Overview:This is a high visibility opportunity to make important improvements throughout our Cloud Computing business. Our primary mission is to perform independent and objective assessments of business activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations (effectiveness, efficiency, customer experience, security, scalability, and continuity); compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies; risk management; and the overall system of internal controls.You will lead audits that include conducting end-to-end financial, operational, and compliance audits for all areas which support the business. You will leverage large data sets to support your audits and provide valuable insights to the business as a result of each project.Our primary mission is to perform independent and objective assessments of business activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations (effectiveness, efficiency, customer experience, security, scalability, and continuity); compliance with laws, regulations and company policies; risk management; and the overall system of internal controls.REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with operation auditing, risk management, compliance, or financial analysis
- Written communication skills
- Verbal communication skills
- Fast learner, can work independently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
