The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of financial management of the global IT spend including: forecasting, contract management, leading the savings programs, and budgeting. This position also plays a key role in our digital transformation by leading specific projects from initiation through implementation including: planning, scoping, analysis, design, development, implementation, and post-launch hypercare support.

You will have the opportunity to actively participate in two primary aspects of our IT Operations:

Financial Management

  • Manage department budget, including forecasting, establishment, oversight, and reporting
  • Manage purchasing activities, working with IT Leadership and Procurement to set standards for vendors on performance expectations, methodologies, reporting, and deliverables, and lead or participate in pricing and contractual negotiations. Develop and deploy vendor scorecards to monitor and manage performance and deliverables.
  • Work with IT Leadership to develop functional metrics and measures, coordinate data collection and analytics and provide reports and presentations to leaders.
Digital/Technology Project Management
  • Full project life cycle ownership: Develop and manage all aspects of project from estimating, planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership ​Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience managing budgets, including forecasting, business justification/ROI, monitors and reporting.
  • Minimum five years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
  • Proven experience applying structured continuous improvement methodologies to achieve business process improvements.
  • Experience establishing business justification, project budget, track spend and communicate current and project spend rates.
  • Vendor management skills in selection, negotiations and building long-term 'win-win' relationships.
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Strong Microsoft Excels skills
