SR. IT CONTRACTS ANALYST - ATLANTA, GA

The Select Group's client is looking for an IT Contracts Analyst that can sit in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL, or Jacksonville, FL. This candidate will be key in working through the full life cycle of IT contracts with vendors. If the below sounds like you, APPLY NOW!

SR. IT CONTRACTS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years IT Contract negotiation for large companies
• Must know typical onboarding process, contract management processes and language for MSAs, licensing agreements, SaaS or hosted agreements
• Need to know contract life cycle from both sides (vendor and internal) and understand how to use contracts
• Strong Negotiation skills and ability to understand what's important to clients
• Understanding of contracts tools and lifecycle of contract - ability to effectively manage full process
• Experience working with hardware and software vendor licenses
• Soft skills: self-motivated, organized, and professional

Nice to Have Skills:

• Handle vendors like Oracle, Microsoft, and Citrix
• CLM (contract lifecycle management tool)
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions work

SR. IT CONTRACTS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with internal stakeholders to determine contract requirements
• SOW change requests
• Understanding of Amendment, addendum, schedule
• Redlining and review process
• Negotiations - must be able to understand clauses in documents to leverage one clause against another in negotiation
• Understanding client requirements - any vendor could be SOW, staff augmentation, etc.
• Onboarding and renewing vendors - acquisitions
