Am Law firm seeking L&E attorneys with at least 6 years of experience for Seattle. Title is negotiable and depending on the attorney's experience. The attorney can come in as:

• Partner, L&E experienced required, book of business is not required
• Of Counsel, L&E experienced required
• Senior Associate, L&E experience NOT REQUIRED (can have a strong litigation background instead, ideally 1st or 2nd chair trial experience)

The right attorney will have management skills and a mentor-mindset. The L&E group is a small, tight-knit unit with room for growth.

Billables are very reasonable at 1850. Salary and benefits are highly competitive for market. Attorneys bringing a book of business may be eligible for significantly higher salaries.
