RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that is seeking a Senior/Lead Technology Leader that is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Responsibilities:- The Senior/Lead Technology Leader works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release
- Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs
- Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components
- Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements
- Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues
- Begins to influence department's strategy
- As a Senior/Lead Technology Leader, this role makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
- Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- PMP certified (preferred)
- Six Sigma certified (preferred)
- ITIL certification (preferred)
- 10+ years of technical project leadership experience
- 8+ years of technical experience
- Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel; Able to deliver presentations to senior leaders
- Experience with unit testing and mocking
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
- Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight
- Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
- Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
