Are you our next Sr. Manager, E-Procurement & Inventory Systems?

This candidate will lead, develop and implement innovative enhancements to technology and processes for warehouse and stores operations, optimization of inventory, vendor and contractor management and proximity monitoring across North American Business Unit to drive efficiencies. Influence leaders to drive change management initiatives to support desired business objectives. Drive standardization in processes and systems across North American Business Unit.

What will you do?

• Develop processes and functions to facilitate the adoption of systems and technology to streamline contractor hourly management including vendor management system (Fieldglass) and RFID contractor badging.
• Influence and partner with business to standardize processes across Phosphates - develop systems and processes to ensure consistency and system stability.
• Provide leadership to drive and implement e-procurement systems and process standardization across the North American BU to streamline and automate stores and warehousing functions.
• Deploy and implement vending and RFID technology. Integrate supplier base into RFID process by expanding RFID tagging by suppliers to a larger proportion of supply base, so items come to Mosaic sites tagged.
• Create processes and systems to improve and standardize kitting across North American BU. Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to engage suppliers to move greatest possible amount of kitting activities to the supplier base.
• Improve, standardize and streamline the repairable spares process, including the return and management of cores. Develop systems and processes to ensure consistency and system stability.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required, Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 8+ years of progressively responsible Inventory Management or Procurement experience required
• 10+ years' Procurement experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, management and organization abilities and experience managing complex projects and priorities
• Freight contract experience; understanding transportation modes, supply chain management
• Strong customer focus
• Strong people skills - ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally; and strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and strong business acumen
