PMO CONSULTANT (Space Success Lead -SSL)
The PMO Consultant (Space Success Lead -SSL) is the go-to resource for Client and Practice Area Leads to ensure execution of crucial initiatives related to overall space and client success. While they may or may not spend time directly in front of clients, their focus is to ensure individual members of the space are better off when in front of their own clients, and that related work is connected on the back end. The SSL is a key connector of the overall CST, and ensures prioritized projects across the space move forward, collecting input from the broader team as needed while keeping leadership updated and aware of progress.

Job Description:

  • PMO Consultant (SSL) is a key member of the space leadership team providing cohesion within the team and connecting the dots across people and topics.
  • In this role PMO Consultant (SSL) will own execution of crucial initiatives related to overall space and client success. While they may or may not spend time directly in front of clients, their focus is to ensure individual members of the space are better off when in front of their own clients, and that related work is connected on the back end.
  • PMO Consultant (SSL) creates the structure and processes that enable the team to achieve its vision, strategy and key milestones for a space/ practice area
  • PMO Consultant (SSL) is a key connector of the overall space, and ensures prioritized projects across the space move forward, collecting input from the broader team as needed while keeping leadership updated and aware of progress.
Responsibilities:

Space Strategy
  • Account Strategic Planningâ€" Work on strategic account planning process, working with various PAM members to understand overall account focus areas and goals
  • Space Growth â€" Answer key questions related to how new parts of space will operate, taking the perspective of an external consultant applying best practices to ZS space
  • Cross-account perspective â€" Ensure best practices from outside client teams are brought into space and shared amongst team
Â

Client Operations
  • Project Synergies - Connect teams on related projects by helping to organize space sharing sessions and follow-up meetings for related work
  • Client initiatives â€" help drive special client initiatives (e.g. organizational goals initiatives, ZS-client training offerings, ZS-client idea exchanges, etc.)
  • Procurement â€" Help track cadence of meeting with client procurement teams and help to prepare materials to bring into meetings
  • BD tracking â€" Share BD tracking best practices and drive transparency around future opportunities across PAM members, especially where synergistic selling may be possible
  • Compliance Processes â€" Ensure completion of all mandatory client trainings and processes
  • Customer feedback â€" Facilitate customer feedback process and drive improvement regarding feedback

People Operations

         In collaboration with broader enterprise teams (HR, Learning, Staffing, Finance, Admin):
  • Space Culture â€" Organize space bonding events to help build space culture and community
  • Onboarding â€" aid in organizing onboarding procedures and materials for new space members in collaboration with broader HR team
  • Knowledge management â€" Help to organize client knowledge repositories on ZSpace or elsewhere while encouraging knowledge sharing outside of internal resources as well
  • Onshore/Offshore Collaboration â€" Facilitate initiatives driving offshore and onshore collaboration
Qualifications:
  • BS in Business related field and business experience, MBA, or demonstrable experience equivalent along with 8 â€" 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in consulting and operations
  • Business-minded and a strategic planner
  • Strong people management skills, and experience in leading and teambuilding
  • Familiar with consulting environment - business model, organization, tools, systems, processes, and administration, and related tools, templates, processes and timelines
  • Strong business acumen - able to understand a myriad of business-related information sources and make sound and timely decisions
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Effective communication skills; Capable communicator at executive level
  • Presentation decks and story boards on key initiatives
  • Strong public speaking skills, able to organize and lead large organization events
  • High quality written communication for business plans, initiative justification, CST memos, and policy documentation
  • Experienced project manager in leading change management initiatives
  • Proven history of obtaining results in challenging environments
  • Experience creating or administering organization policy, measures, metrics
  • Strong creative flair in developing ad-hoc people programs that enhance work-place environment
  • Strong grasp of systems and processes
  • Mastery of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Creative, driven, positive, effective personality, willing to take on tasks at any level to ensure success

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
