We're growing our industry-leading business and looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience building, launching, measuring impact and incrementally innovating new products that will excite DraftKings customers. Working within a team dedicated to new products in the Web3 space, you will collaborate with dedicated engineering teams, and work with cross-functional stakeholders, to launch new products to market, helping millions of customers engage with DraftKings. What you'll do as a Senior Product Manager:

  • You'll shape and implement the product roadmap, for Web3 products.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive product specifications and gain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure the delivered User Experience is best-in-market and supports seamless navigation across DK's product ecosystem.
  • Represent product within our engineering team(s). Help make informed decisions to deliver high quality products to market quickly, gather data to improve quality, and refine the product roadmap.
  • Serve as the domain expert on Web3 products, markets, and competitors.
  • Drive execution across DK, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Research, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Fraud, Operations, Customer Experience, and more.
  • Harness agile thinking to deliver value early.
  • Navigate data from a variety of different inputs and transform into sources of intelligence that will influence backlogs, specifications and plans.
What skills you will use:
  • You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business.
  • Ideally, you have at least 3+ years of experience launching and growing successful software products.
  • Prior product experience in Web3, fintech or digital-consumer-facing financial services. Score extra points through experience engaging across the emergent Web3 ecosystem as a consumer.
  • Experience managing a product from initial delivery, to incremental improvement, harnessing agile thinking.
  • Proven Product engagement actively managing the front-end user experience across Design and Engineering teams.
  • Comfortable with leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
  • You have the ability to continuously prioritize, build, and iterate on products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively balance high level, long-range vision with day-to-day tasks.
  • Experience with agile software development methodology and working with engineering, analytics and data science teams on technical projects.
  • Strong comprehension of A/B testing methodologies.
This position is remote except that it may not be performed in Colorado.
