Interventional Urology - NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. As part of the Teleflex Interventional Urology business unit, NeoTract's focus is on improving the standard of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) using the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive, permanent implant system that treats symptoms while preserving sexual function*1,2. The UroLift System is clinically proven to treat lower urinary tract symptoms due to BPH in men over the age of 45. The UroLift System lifts or holds the enlarged prostate tissue out of the way so it no longer blocks the urethra. There is no cutting, heating or removal of prostate tissue. Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention. Speak with your doctor to determine if you may be a candidate.

Position Summary

The Sr. Project Manager partners with the Program Management Office Leadership to lead and/or support projects by helping develop and execute plans to achieve project goals and objectives. As an integral member of the PMO team, this key role leads cross-functional project teams and partners with internal leadership to deliver project results in an efficient manner consistent with client expectations. This position requires experience leveraging project management principles to drive effective outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Participate in development, creation, and improvement of PMO methodologies, tools, and templates to drive expected project execution and improve overall performance of the PMO portfolio.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects to completion with stakeholder departments including but not limited to Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Research and Development, Clinical and Medical Affairs.
• Assemble the project team, request individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion projects. Project types include but are not limited to sustaining/lifecycle management, new product development, quality, regulatory, compliance, infrastructure, facilities, or as dictated by business unit needs
• Initiate high-level work plans, including documenting detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish project deliverables.
• Define, monitor, and control the project plan using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to manage resources for each deliverable within the project.
• Communicate status with stakeholders, and address and resolve problems.
• Manage changes to the various project's scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate and reflective of approved changes.
• Improve team performance by building cross-functional team cohesiveness, leading and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensuring project efficiency, and boosting team morale.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with project and program management methodology, quality standards, and related regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, or technical discipline; or equivalent experience
• At least eight years project management experience and within which five years in medical device
• Experience with Project Management principles, concepts, practices, standards, and related tools as applicable
• Experience providing work direction, coaching, and guidance to project teams.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
