As a part of Nucor's New Markets product group, NTS is focused on the exciting growth potential in the power distribution market. Current production facility is in West Hazleton, PA, with plans to build a national footprint.

This position is in the NTS Headquarters in Rock Hill, SC and is not a remote position.

Basic Job Functions:

Seeking a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded Enterprise Resource leader to join our team. The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for developing and refining processes and procedures to support operational development, reporting and analysis, serve as a business unit subject matter expert for the implementation of a new ERP, support the ongoing maximization of ERP functionality, take on ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects, and serve as a strategic, operational lead for our business.

The candidate must be well organized and able to work both independently and as a team. Candidate must be able to collaborate with other leaders to identify and prioritize projects, as well as manage multiple projects at once. Although this position will not immediately have direct reports (potential as the business grows), strong leadership skills are needed to lead project teams, both internal and external, in the execution of critical business initiatives. The coordinator will continue as the primary ERP resource for planning & execution of the strategic alignment in support of production planning, procurement, inventory control and transportation. This position would report directly to the Materials & Logistics Supervisor. This position will be located in our Rock Hill Headquarters but require travel to our production facilities on an as-needed basis. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Experience with utilizing ERP systems for reporting and data analysis

Experience leading teams or projects

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with capacity planning & management

Experience with procurement of raw materials & inventory control

Experience in shop floor planning & scheduling

Experience in logistics management & tracking

Experience with ERP research and implementation

Experience creating and/or managing user tools

Experience with project management

Experience in the utility tower manufacturing industry

Experience with process documentation and process improvement

Understanding of how to impact profitability
