Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is a marketing professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in the digital industry, including social media.
The Senior Social Media Strategist will collaborate with the Director of Content Strategy and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement the overall social media strategy in order to support and improve online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts.

• Builds and leads the customer-focused strategy and product/capabilities roadmap for all Enterprise social media activity.
• Drives execution plan for Enterprise social media platforms, leveraging an intellectual curiosity to explore data and test hypothesis, developing insights to inform business model, product, and process improvements.
• Stays current on social media platforms for trends, new features, and guidelines.
• Defines social media governance standards to ensure a relevant, consistent voice and experience for all Enterprise customers working closely with compliance to define and enforce brand guidelines along with developing triage plans for negative events.
• Directs social media test-and-measure programs designed to meet the needs of customers and advisors, optimize ease of doing business and increase conversion rates.
• Develops and maintains relationships with digital marketing agencies and social platforms for the purpose of executing social campaigns.
• Leads the usage strategy for Enterprise social media collaboration and compliance tools (Social Studio, Hearsay, etc.) and coordinate their incorporation with client service and customer data activities.
• Defines design principles and standards in collaboration with brand standards to govern social media initiatives and ensure a consistent experience for all Enterprise customers.
• Draft social media posts, content campaign ideas, suggest imagery and create content as needed.
• Possesses a broad strategic knowledge base around the digital marketing landscape and ensures that social media-specific activity aligns with the work of other domain managers in order to deliver a seamlessly integrated customer experience.
• Leverages a dynamic and proactive consultative approach, partnering with business stakeholders and technology. Partners to research, design, develop and implement solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and performance results.
• Performs special projects or campaigns as assigned by management.
