(Sr.) Manager of Engineering (100% Remote option) Locations: Boston, DC, NYC, and Seattle

Compensation: $500K+

Manager and Sr. Manager of Engineering roles have opened up at a digital marketplace company, specializing in real estate. They have offices across the nation with the option to be remote if one prefers. They are currently building out engineering teams on the level of other FAANG organizations.

YOUR CAREER GOALS

Join and lead a team with some of the most skilled engineers across the country in the effort to build out a cutting-edge platform, using the newest technology. This is an opportunity to own and manage the development on a core product that separates this organization from the rest. In this role, you will design, architect, and lead other engineers through the best engineering practices.

YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES

You are driven, highly experienced, customer facing, and possess excellent leadership skills. You're passionate about software engineering, design, and development. You recognize and practice the best engineers methods being used today. You have a B.S. degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology & Services, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of SaaS product experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a leadership
• Experience in working with Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience working with different teams or departments
• Experience in learning new technologies on the spot
• Experience/understanding of cloud technologies
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Manage and/or build a team of elite engineers
• Oversee everyday work
• Meet with other groups to gather project requirements
• Lead the design and architecture on projects
• Hands-on coding as needed
• Conduct code reviews for more junior engineers
• Coordinate roles within the team
