Better starts and ends with the customer

You will act as the primary contact for clients as a trusted advisor and consultant. We'll look for you to focus on protecting reviews and maximizing client performance while resolving unique client and business issues. You'll participate with sales in the closing of projects and use your effective communication skills to advise on products and solutions. You'll carry out demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, identifying product capabilities and unique selling points. You'll manage new project implementations and using your ability to conduct research, you'll investigate a wide range of applications and payments, and seek solutions to customer issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Business or any technical subject, 3 to 5 years of application support and customer service experience, analytical capacity and innovative problem-solving skills, and a good overall understanding of IT technology - networking, databases, applications, and hardware. To possess an excellent customer service skill is a must in this role and knowledge in XML, JSON or any other API will be nice to have.

Annual base salary gross: $ 62,829.23 - 103,871.34 USD Annual

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
