What we're looking for:

You are a focused, motivated and detail-oriented Sr Transformation Project Manager who has a preferred ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­3-5years of experience.

Position Summary:

In this role you will lead strategic projects in our Transformation Office portfolio through a combination of project management, business analysis and organizational readiness. You will also partner with stakeholders to ensure that business outcomes of projects are accomplished in alignment with Citrix strategy. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional stakeholder teams and communications at all levels, including executive level while working closely with stakeholders to define optimal project approach based on project variables. You will drive the alignment to business outcomes while ensuring organization is ready to adopt change.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects of right size and complexity from initiation to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive project to meet business outcomes and create alignment across departments
  • Designs and executes end-to-end change programs for transformation initiatives including communications, training, and operational readiness
  • Builds change agent networks, educates them on their role and responsibilities, and coordinates their activities
  • Ensure organization is ready for change related to project and adoption is successful
  • Brings expertise in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture/analysis and compliance with procedures
  • Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative alignment and process/system integration
  • Manage communication and reporting of project activities across stakeholder groups and tracking tools
  • Facilitate project meetings with various types and levels of stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and third party resources to Statement of Work deliverables and responsibilities
  • Tailor project management framework and processes to meet needs of project while adhering to management controls
  • Establish partnerships with other departments and organizations to achieve commitment to the project
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other projects, departments, and production support activities
  • Support data driven decisions by understanding success metrics, tracking, reporting and ability to review dashboards and translate to business action
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Contribute to the operations of the Office of Transformation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive business experience in related role
  • Must demonstrate experience in project management, business systems/process analysis and organizational readiness & adoption
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification desirable
  • Possess a strong sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, transformation or change projects preferred
  • Experience utilizing Portfolio & Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Wrike, etc.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with collaborative project tools (ex. SharePoint, ShareFile, Slack, MS Teams)
  • Experience managing on-site, offshore and remote team members
  • Understanding and experience in of a variety of project life cycle methodologies including waterfall, Agile and/or hybrid
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to large audiences at all levels in the organization
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations at all levels
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Basic Qualifications:
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.
