Job Overview:

We are seeking Customer Service Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for safely maintaining and servicing all types of liquid and gaseous cryogenic supply systems.

Position is Based Out Of and would cover primarily the St. Louis, Missouri, and surrounding Areas.

Individual will be required to respond to service calls as well as performing supply system inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned accounts.

Typical work schedule is 8 hour per day and on call 24 hours unless scheduled off.

Technician will train at the Linde National Training Center, located in East Chicago, Indiana. Training consists of several one-week college level courses in a classroom format that require completion of prerequisites prior to actual training class.

The candidate will be receiving formal as well as on the job training from senior technicians.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Experience and ability to correspond professionally with counterparts, customers, vendors, and Linde sales department

• Capable of troubleshooting reciprocating and centrifugal pump systems, analysis basic pump electrical control panels, understand the function of regulators, clean and test components for oxygen service and experience in troubleshooting refrigeration equipment

• Technicians typically work an 8-hour day and will be on call 24 hours unless scheduled off

• Capable of safely operating a service vehicle and have a clean driving record

Be capable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, conduct internet searches, smart phones and handheld data entry devices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be technology savvy and have the ability to use the above
• Must be able to demonstrate a professionalism

2 years of operations experience highly desirable in many of the following fields:

• Instrumentation and control
• General maintenance of industrial equipment
• Compressors and compressor maintenance
• Industrial Mechanical
• Industrial Electrical or Electrician
• Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Military technical fields
• Machinist Mates, Electrician Mates, Gas Turbine Technicians, Boiler Technicians and Nuclear technicians, among others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in a technical field
