Service Nation, an EverCommerce company, is seeking aPart TimeMember Experience Representativeto join the team! ( 20 hours per week ) In this role, you'll act as the point of contact for inbound leads, outbound leads and onboarding new members. You will also perform various membersupportrelated duties to provide the best member experience.

What you'll be doing:
- Answer the phones quickly and professionally
- Call members to update credit cards
- Act as point of contact for our new and existing members
- Analyzecustomerfeedback and develop new techniques to ensurecustomerretention
- Manage a high number of clients at different stages within the onboarding process with a sense of ownership and urgency
- Provide high-touch, efficientcustomerservice to members using email, phone, and video conferencing applications.
- Schedule and complete online tours for new members.
- Follow-up with canceled members to win-back their business.
- Attend Company-sponsored events.
- Process online membership registrations
- Assemble and Send out Membership Packets
- Other duties, as identified and assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- One year related work experience required
- Technical software experience a plus, but not required
- Must be friendly, professional, and committed to creating long-term relationships with ourcustomers
- Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline projects on a daily basis
- Strong writing and phone skills.
- Critical thinker and a willingness to problem-solve
- A team player who performs well independently
- Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision
- Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
