Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator who will manage our SharePoint environment and assist with Microsoft focused solutions for Rincon. The primary responsibility for this position will be to configure and maintain our modern SharePoint platform, adding document libraries, managing permissions and metadata, developing shared storage space and backup procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, designing, presenting, and implementing Microsoft focused solutions to meet business and technical objectives.

What Do You Get To Do In This Position:

  • Managing the SharePoint platform design architecture, integrating applications, and creating libraries, and managing metadata
  • Building out new, customized modern SharePoint Sites
  • Permission implementation, controlling access to document libraries, and validating protocols associated with this
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
  • Providing SharePoint and Microsoft support and end-user training
  • Keeping up to date with SharePoint and Microsoft developments
  • Demonstrate expertise in aspects of Microsoft 365 design, management, and security
  • Analyze, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
  • Act as the primary technical interface to the end-user


This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
  • At least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator
  • At lease 5 years' experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Excellent communication, planning, budgeting and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and eager to streamline and improve process and workflows
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, strong time management skills, and innovative

Desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with Microsoft Administrative Portal(s)
  • Experience with Cybersecurity Best Practice(s)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Graphic Design
