*Job Summary*

The Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for ideating, developing, and delivering content through a variety of media to elevate our client's employer brands. This role will drive deeper engagement by tapping into an employer's brand voice and developing audience-specific content. This individual will be responsible for paid and organic social media and managing our customer's responses on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed. Social Media & Content Coordinators are naturally curious and tend to study the industry news and trends every day. They know how to shape content ideas and collaborate with copywriters and designers in creating compelling short-form content. They are proficient writers and know how to establish a clear brand voice and offer solutions with actionable takeaways, not just trend surfers.

*Duties/Responsibilities*



* Develops platform-specific content and interprets the overall voice to enhance the presence of our client's employer brand.

* Provides proactive analysis and recommendations for best practices, goals, and benchmarks, with a focus on social media as a tool for brand awareness.

* Recommends ways to amplify visibility and awareness for our client's Employee Value Propositions and as well as timely updates for other recruitment marketing activities like awards and events. 

* Collaborates with marketing colleagues on a regular basis to determine optimal social media outreach strategies to achieve department goals.

* Develop and maintain ownership of key tools like Sprout Social. This includes connecting appropriate accounts, uploading approved content, and scheduling for release. 

* When appropriate, partner with members of the Media Team to create high-performing ad content.




* Delivers regular reporting to the business units on key performance metrics for organic social media efforts.

* Communicates project development, timelines, and results to key internal stakeholders across teams

* Writes Glassdoor and Indeed review responses that reflect a client's brand health needs

* Assists with brand health reporting to help demonstrate improvement in a client's overall brand health. Monitors Glassdoor and Indeed reviews on a quarterly/monthly basis.

* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

*Education and Experience*



* Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or English.

* 1 -2 years' experience in social media management and/or content creation

* Familiarity with social marketing tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.

* Knowledgeable of current social (TikTok) trends


*Target Salary Based on Experience*

$37,520 - $51,590
