Job Details:

Start Date: 4/16/2024.

Title: Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey (on-site)

Hours: Day 5x8's (8:00am-4:30pm) (Monday-Friday)

Length of Engagement: Travel/Contract, 12 Weeks

Hourly: $40.15

Stipend: $1.083

Total gross: $2,588.63

Job Responsibilities will Include:

• Must be able to review new admissions for any special needs or issues that need to be addressed.
• Assisted with patients discharged from the hospital as they return home.
• Coordinating the care of patients with complex needs that require multiple services over time.
• Be able to be a helping and guiding hand by counseling or therapy.
• Reassure patients understand that there are financial and emotional resources available to them.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience.
• NJ License required.
• Experience with inpatient psych, child adolescent population.
• At least 1 Year of acute medical hospital social work required.
