Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$83,078.00-$132,924.00

Summary:

This position is responsible for designing, analyzing, writing code, modifying and debugging CSG product applications. May perform release testing. May interface with end-user to define requirements and complete technical documentation. May assist with on-site client issues. Responsible for complex software development assignments. Operates under minimal supervision.

Position Details:

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform complex product design activities on applications software which may require extensive research and analysis
• Perform complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products
• May assist in performing on-site client work on complex applications
• In absence of product architects, may serve as a product architect
• Researches and understands the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues.
• Researches new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology
• Willingness to work various levels of effort:

• Production support
• Maintenance
• Development
• Testing

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in .NET development using Visual Studio, with a focus on C# and VB.NET - inclusive of performance, scalability, security and testing of applications
• Ability to translate customer requirements to functional applications
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle Database
• Ability to work independently while participating in team collaboration
• On call support - Ability to debug, identify and clearly communicate discovered issues with code, processing, data or environment
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Batch environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Python, UNIX/Linux, shell scripting is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodology a plus
• SAFe knowledge or certification a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
