RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 4-6 years of React JS, Node JS and React Native experience.REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js
- Database management systems - 4-6 years
- Coding, testing and designing software - 4-6 years
- Software development methodologies - 4-6 years
- 4+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs
- At least 3 years of experience with databases, with a strong preference for experience in document databases like MongoDB
- 2+ years of experience with Angular or a similar front-end framework
- React Native with mobile development experience
- Understanding of asynchronous development and data security principles
- Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha or Jest and familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code, and perform thorough code reviews
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of one major programming language/tool
- Demonstrated knowledge of coding language and syntax, usage of functions and object-oriented patterns
- Demonstrated knowledge of environments, docker images, container runtimes, and cloud native app development
- Demonstrated knowledge of dependent systems (e.g., up/downstream APIs, clients, and data stores)
- Demonstrated knowledge of design patterns and software architecture patterns
- Proficient in one major programming language/tool

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
