SoftWash Technician

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME

$16/hr

Technician Duties

- Timely arrival/clock-in at beginning of each workday, with a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Look ahead at schedule for the day and ensure all work equipment needed for the day is in the vehicle
- Perform SoftWashing on all home exteriors, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Handle, setup, breakdown and navigation of ladders, lifts, pumps, pressure washers, surface cleaners and fall safety equipment.
- Use certification knowledge on the job to evaluate soiling factors, mix and apply appropriate chemicals and protect customer property.
- Maintain a high level of detail in all aspects of our cleaning, go back and double check all work before leaving the worksite.
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean and in excellent working order and notify the office team of any equipment needing repair or replacement

Customer Service

- Keep a very friendly demeanor and a high level of professionalism to customers
- Ensure customers are ecstatic with our work before leaving worksite
- Respect and care for customers' property with the utmost care and attention.

Business Development

- Keep an eye out for additional potential work at customer's homes and businesses
- Help promote customer referrals and 5-star reviews on review sites

Part time with opportunities for full time work.

Shift start: 8:00AM
Shift length: 8 hours.
20 hrs/week Start/end days vary.
