What you'll do

  • You will report to the Director of Software Development to contribute toward the Facility Services Team and be responsible for work processes within the team, prioritize across projects and competing goals, and in partnership with the Scrum Master, allocate team resources to meet expectations
  • Help with the ongoing daily activities and workflow of a sub-functional area or team. Work with Scrum Master to coordinate workflow across the team to ensure timelines and goals are met
  • Partner with internal resources (Product Management, Sales, Customer Relationship Manager) and external resources (clients) in Identifying and transforming the customer's goals or challenging problems into creative solutions and opportunities through the use of CSG's existing product suite or new development solutions with our Output Product Development teams
  • Create High-level Estimates (HLEs) and Level 0 (L0) Estimates to produce designs that meet the customer requirements, fit within the Output infrastructure, and maximize CSG's product offerings
  • Facilitate the solution selection process and provide the necessary information to allow the customer to make an informed decision
  • Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis
  • Guide developers, testers, and operational partners in conceptualizing and developing product enhancements and new features
  • Work in partnership with the Output System and Software Architects to ensure solutions further and are cohesive with our modernization efforts according to the vision and roadmap strategies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • 5 or more years of experience in the area of product management, solution design, and customer consulting in a comparable environment
  • Experience creating, participating in the planning and estimating of the full SDLC activities
  • Experience with Lean and Agile methods
  • Experience developing alternative solutions to complex problems and recommending the best solutions to the business and project team
  • Experience issue management skills, analytical, and technical, to identify and facilitate solution development and manage complex projects from small to large-scale

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$112,788.19-$180,462.34

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
