We are currently searching for an Executive Sourcer to help us take recruiting to the next level!

About this position:

The Executive Recruiting Sourcer will partner directly with our recruiting team and business leadership to support the search for the highest level of field talent focused primarily on leadership roles, including Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, Vice President and Senior Officer roles in our Village. This individual will proactively build and maintain a large talent database, collecting information from a variety of sources including web search, professional associations, diversity organizations, phone research and networking, which will include not only lead generation, but initial contact of prospects to gain their interest career opportunities with DaVita Kidney Care. This role will also build lists of talent at target companies to help support active Executive Recruiting searches, with the goal of generating a high volume and high quality pool of prospects. Their expertise will be used to build effective sourcing strategies for current and future talent needs of our growing Village.

We need out-of-the box thinkers with new, fresh approaches to locating the best and the brightest prospects; someone with a proactive, creative approach to sourcing, and who has an extreme sense of urgency. Critical competencies for this job includes the ability to apply intricate knowledge of the talent market and DaVita's business plan to sourcing strategies, high impact communication skills, and the ability to positively represent DaVita to prospects in order to effectively position us as an employer of choice.

In addition to demonstrated success in all of these skills, other minimum requirements are:

• 3+ years of researching/sourcing experience within a dynamic environment, including executive-level search experience
• Experience at an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
• Experience using an enterprise level database to track prospects
• AIRS certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant field is highly preferred

• Salary Range: $60,000 - 75,000

Position Pay Range:
