Position Overview

The analyst within the Analytics team is primarily responsible for analyzing receipt-harvested data, and providing insights to clients. He or she will be responsible for delivering and executing both templated and ad-hoc analyses to answer clients' questions about consumer purchase behaviors and inform clients' strategic marketing decisions.

A qualified candidate will bring a genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn clients' businesses and industries. The analyst will engage in all aspects of client development, including onboarding and nurturing client contacts at all levels, making analytical recommendations, creating and delivering insightful presentations, training clients on using our dashboards, and driving new business. He or she will be responsible for collaborating with business development and internal practices teams to create proposals and provide recommendations on analytic approaches.

The analyst will also collaborate with internal teams to validate and assess quality of data collection and data classification operations.

Location is flexible - preferred in Boulder, CO; Port Washington, NY; or Greensboro, NC

Overall Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day servicing support across clients including data interpretation and web-based-dashboard training
  • Execute analyses for clients, both internal and external, from start to finish, and relate the learnings and insights to business opportunities with support from your manager
  • Achieve/exceed revenue goals for assigned accounts and assist in growing revenue for others by recognizing and exploring opportunities within your client base
  • Help shape future product development
  • Mine unstructured datasets using Tableau
  • Operate in a collaborative team environment providing support and cross-functional training as needed
  • Ability to take responsibility for personal development by seeking training, on-the-job experiences, and input from manager


Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent. Market research, economics, statistics or marketing background preferred
  • 1-3+ years' experience in market research or equivalent
  • Demonstrate fearlessness and stability both internally and with clients in a quickly evolving environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly proficient in all MS Office products (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A passion for Apparel and Footwear strongly desired
  • Understanding of how longitudinal data can be used to identify business-building opportunities for clients


Salary Range - 55k-65k
