Job Duties:
Coordinating across all SCRUM ceremonies for the team: Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective. Help plan epic and milestone level across all projects and team operational initiatives at the program level and work with analyst and developers to teach them how to break work down from epics to individual project stories. Also helps to define, build, and access data models and reporting to aggregate data for report metrics and program progress to leadership. Refine, improve, and optimize project management and scrum processes, tools, and methods while influencing others to adopt the change. Analyze demand for Emerging Technology Team, facilitate and contribute to the creation of opportunity Narratives and PRFAQ documents that capture and document business opportunities and technical approach to projects. Help define, build, and access data models and reporting that measures opportunity value in a consistent enterprise- wide approach. Define, build and utilize data models and reporting to analyze, make recommendations for, and execute on team process improvements. Define, build, and utilize data models and reporting to facilitate team project management and Plan of Record process with respect to the greater Technology organization Define, build, and utilize data models and reporting Facilitate team project review weekly meetings, organization wide quarterly updates, and the monthly Emerging Tech forum meetings Stay current on Emerging Technology Trends. Understand multiple emerging technologies in enough technical depth to be able to contribute meaningfully to technical design. Understand, define, build and utilize technical metrics related to technology and be able to clearly connect technical metric success to business metric success. Working knowledge of frameworks for structured innovation as it relates to quantitative processes to prioritize innovation work for exploration, introduction, and adoption into the organization. Learn and understand all aspects of Tyson Foods' business and identify opportunities for application of Emerging Technology, with a heavy emphasis on what information systems are mapped to and help drive or could be mapped to and help drive those business process. Deeply understand the data in our business systems, and how to leverage it to build the data models and reporting needed to measure opportunity value for project priority and be able to measure project success. Communicate team project initiatives, statuses, and outcomes with a heavy emphasis on automated and data driven processes built on top of models and metrics you've helped to define.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum Experience and Occupation(s) or Type of Experience: Requires 2 years' experience.
- Alternative Education & Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field plus 1 year of experience

Special Skills:
Requires 1 years of experience with:
• Analytical skills, SCRUM knowledge and experience, project management experience.
• Working knowledge of plan of record project management tool such as MS Project, Planisware, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management and ticketing system such as GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, or similar.
• Ability to produce quality data driven visuals and presentations for project status reporting. SQL, Relational Algebra, Pandas, DAX, or similar frameworks and languages meant for quantitative data analysis.
• Ability to work with reporting tools such as Palantir, PowerBI, or Tableau.
